(Fig. 1) The new app is a convenient source of the latest training information for dealership service departments, providing quick access to a library of GM STC communications, training documents, job aids, best practices, links to supplementary programs, and much more.

For example, select the Technician Recruiting, Retention, & Recognition tab (Fig. 3) to learn how to participate in the GM Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP). The GM ASEP Dealer Brochure and Student Brochure can be downloaded as well as other materials about the program, including how GM ASEP stacks up to other training providers. Or select the Service Library tab to view the Emerging Issues seminars, download the GM STC Course Catalog, or learn about some of the newest training courses now available.
